This 4-week customized training block is designed to meet your unique fitness goals, lifestyle, and experience level. Delivered through the TrainHeroic app, a DMT program offers: 

  • Personalized Workouts: Every session is tailored to your specific needs, whether you’re building strength, improving mobility, or enhancing overall fitness. Skip the hassle of piecing together random workouts — I’ll do the planning for you so you can focus on showing up and putting in the work. 

  • Guidance and Accountability: You will have access to detailed descriptions and corresponding demonstration videos for each movement in your program. I will check in at least once each week so you’ll feel fully supported throughout your journey. 

  • Progressive Training Structure: Training blocks last 4-weeks, but will sometimes be extended up to 6-weeks, allowing your body the proper time to adjust and progress through the movements. I am fully invested in your success and will make adjustments as needed each week. Once your training block is complete, you’ll receive new exercises to keep progressing toward your goals. 

  • Flexibility and Convenience: Train on your schedule with a program that fits seamlessly into your life, whether you’re at home, in the gym, or on the go.
